Job Description:

The Department of Asian and Asian American Studies at Binghamton University of the State University of New York invites applications for a full-time Lecturer in Korean language. The position begins in Fall 2018. The contract for the position is three years and it is renewable thereafter based on a demonstration of excellence in teaching, innovative curriculum planning, and professional service to the field. 

Requirements:

Candidates should have an M.A. or Ph.D. in Teaching Korean as a Second Language, Korean Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or a related field with native or near-native proficiency in Korean and English. The ability to teach all levels of Korean language courses is required. Candidates with CALL ability and experience with team-teaching are highly desirable.
